It's the Stupidity, Stupid - Part III

Seems my two previous missives on the stupidity of Americans, posted December 4th and 5th respectively, were right on target. Stupid and Stupid II. Maybe op ed columnist Bob Herbert reads my blog, but I doubt it. Seriously, his latest column, dated December 26, is titled, Stop Being Stupid. Mr. Herbert calls for a new year's resolution and a new slogan for the country. Mr. Herbert says
The resolution may be difficult, but it’s essential. Americans must resolve to be smarter going forward than we have been for the past several years. Look around you. We have behaved in ways that were incredibly, astonishingly and embarrassingly stupid for much too long.
Mr. Herbert, I couldn't agree more.
What is Mr. Herbert's suggested new slogan?
"Invest in the U.S."
Having traveled in over 20 countries and lived in five, I have first hand experience from which to make the statement that Americans have done more, to use Herbert's term, "squander their nation's wealth" than any other country in the world.
Americans, in short, need to stop being stupid.
In Korea and Japan, one rarely sees an American made car, and yet Americans buy Japanese and Korean made cars by the millions, while their own American car manufacturers, and their employees, are begging Big Daddy in Washington D.C. for big borrowed bailout bucks because the Big Three have invested billions overseas instead of in the United States. The Big Three automakers have taken the money Americans have spent with them buying American automobiles and trucks, and then invested American's wealth overseas in the newest auto making technologies, killing auto production in the United States. Americans have stood by doing nothing during all these years while the Big Three have exported American jobs to third world nations, destroying the economy back home.
How stupid can stupid be?
It doesn't take an economic guru to predict that Japanese and Korean car makers, and their economies, will come out of this depression much sooner and much healthier than their American counterparts. They haven't been so stupid to allow imports to devastate their economies.
Neither are Korea or Japan building a Military Empire and waging losing wars all over the planet for Israel. Americans, remember when Bush | Cheney | Powell and the rest of the Zionist neo-cons told you there were weapons of mass destrustion in Iraq? And that the oil in Iraq would pay for the war, which would be a "cake walk?" It was pretty stupid to believe those lies, but you did. It was even more stupid when you believed the lies and promises of the flip-side of the political coin, the Democrats, said they would put a stop to the war. And when they didn't keep their promises and even went so far as to approve even more money to the war effort, you did nothing. And now six years later, over a trillion dollars and counting has been wasted.
How stupid can stupid be?
The list goes on and on. The Jewish controlled Wall Street bailout is at $1 trillion and counting and no one knows where the money went, while Citigroup used those funds to buy infra-stucture in Spain. American roads are going to pot, but Citigroup, using American taxpayer funds to invest in Toll Roads in Spain and no one says a word? One of the fat cat Masters of the Universe Peter Krauscan bought a $37 million dollar New York luxury apartment with your money, money you had to borrow from the privately controlled Jewish run Federal Reserve. Oh, yes, these same fat cats get the usury you pay them so they can live their lifestyle at your expense.
How stupid can stupid be?
The latest slap in the face is, because gas tax receipts are down nationwide, state governments are telling Americans that fuel tax rates must increase because more funds are needed to rebuild crumbling roads and bridges. Drive less, buy fuel efficient cars and get punished with higher fuel taxes? But not a mention of stopping the wasteful war or pulling the Empire's Military out of the 120 countries the Empire is in or off the 700 military bases they are on. You don't see Korea or Japan or Russia or China or Brazil wasting billions of dollars like the Americans do.
And then there are the billions of dollars Americans give to Israel every year, so the Zionist criminals can murder - like shooting ducks on a pond - Palestinians, with American made and supplied bombs and weaponry.
Yes, as Mr. Herbert says, "Its' time to stop being stupid."

CHALLENGE (with answer), CAN ANYONE PROVE THIS WRONG?:–
1. Constitution Article II requires USA President to be “natural born citizen”.
2. BHO’s website admits his dad was Kenyan/British, not American, citizen when BHO was born.
3. BHO is therefore not a “natural born citizen” (irrespective of Hawaiian birth or whether he may be a 14th Amendment “citizen” of USA) — confirmed in the Senate’s own McCain qualification resolution (that both parents must be citizens of USA) co-authored by BHO.
4. Supreme Court has already docketed two upcoming conferences, 1/9/09 and 1/16/09 — between dates Congress counts electoral votes (1/8/09) and Presidential inauguration (1/20/09) — to address Berg Case and fashion relief on BHO’s eligibility to be President.
5. Since the fact of BHO’s dad being Kenyan/British not in dispute, Supreme Court rules on Summary Judgment to enjoin BHO’s inauguration as President.
6. Therefore, BHO is not inaugurated as President.
7. Vice President Elect Biden is inaugurated Acting President under the 20th Amendment to serve until new President is determined — the procedure for which determination to be set out by Congress and/or the Supreme Court so long as in conformance with the Constitution.
ANSWER TO ABOVE CHALLENGE
IF, when counting the electoral votes, Congress WERE TO find by 1/8/09 that Obama — not being an Article II “natural born citizen” (father Kenyan/British, not American) — fails to qualify as President, Biden would become the full fledged President under 3 USC 19 (free to pick his own VP such as Hillary) AND THERE WOULD BE NO NEED FOR DEFERRAL TO THE SUPREME COURT to enjoin Obama’s inauguration relegating Biden to being merely Acting President under the 20th Amendment until a new President were duly determined.
(The preferable choice, at least for the Democrats, would seem obvious.)
You make excellent points, my friend. Also the Devil's been busy in America's backyard.
I know that this sounds like heresy, but I feel that Americans should consider themselves Americans first despite whatever their race, color, creed, religion on ethnic background they might be. If people existing here in the US don't feel this way, they should, in my opinion, renounce their American citizenship and live in a country and within a culture which they would feel the most comfortable. By doing this, they would let the rest of us Americans put our heads together, use our unique talents, and make all of America a country that all our citizens can proud to call home.
