How the American Legal System Creates Deadbeat Dads

"With all that has happened to you, you should write a book."

Jack Dalton, the ex-wife's first attorney of record in our divorce.

The book took me six years to write. Many times, due to the emotional stress of reliving and remembering what took place during my divorce, I would literally have to push myself away from the desk and my keyboard and go away from the difficult task of writing this book, sometimes not to resume writing for days, weeks and even months.

Available here:
Deadbeat Dad

"You're the best pro-se litigant I have had in my courtroom in the 27 years I've been on the bench .... I don't give reasons, I give rulings. Now, sit down and shut-up. If I hear another word out out of you, I'll find you in contempt of court."

The "Honorable" Judge John E. Buffington, Humboldt County California Superior Court

"Deadbeat Dads are real" Charles Fockaert has accurately and unemotionally documented in great detail what the divorce system did to him. This book is unusual in that it is a fully-cited documentary containing full source material and names of individuals in the divorce system.. This sets it apart from other books consisting mostly of rants or anecdote. This book is also unusual in that it names the individuals who abuse the system, and documents exactly what they did. Charles suffered just about every possible perversion practiced by the family courts. The richness of the situation first made me ask myself "how could anyone handle this without going nuts?" Those who are not aware of the vagaries of the divorce system should read this book. This book is an accurate, microcosmic view of what goes in every day in divorce courts across America. The people identified in the book do not like like it. They better get used to not liking it because the men's movement is here to stay. Those who think they can make a living destroying fathers for arbitrary or false reasons better get another job, unless of course, they want to be subject of a much larger documentary which is sure to take place in the future. The Righteous Are as Bold as a Lion

The wicked flee when no man pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion.   Proverbs 28:1

Sometimes it is beneficial to read the text in more modern or contemporary English. Here’s one:

The wicked are edgy with guilt, ready to run off
    even when no one’s after them;
Honest people are relaxed and confident,
    bold as lions.

The wicked are not attacked “ no one’s after them,” because they are doing what their enemy wants; evil, sin. The wicked are all ready under captivity. The are right where their enemy, satan, the adversary, wants them. They are slaves to sin. “For when you were the servants / slaves of sin, you were free from righteousness.” (Romans 6:20)

But they do run away from an enemy: their conscious. They know they have transgressed the law written in their hearts, and feel the quilt.  Their guilt keeps them from godly action and is the cause of their turning tale even when no one is confronting them.

Jeremiah 31 “Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, 32 not like the covenant which I made with their fathers in the day I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, although I was a husband to them,” declares the Lord.
33 “But this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” declares the Lord, “I will put My law within them and on their heart I will write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 34 They will not teach again, each man his neighbor and each man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares the Lord, “for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.”

On the other hand, the righteous, when they transgress the law written, confess and turn from their sin, knowing that their God has forgiven their iniquity and does not remember their sin.
The righteous are not just bold and act with courage because they have not sinned, because if the say they have not sinned, they deceive themselves and make God a liar, and the truth is not in us; (I John 1:8 -10).

The righteous are bold because they know their sin has been forgiven.
Psalm 103:12:
As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

One does not have to be sinless to be used of God. Moses slew an Egyptian and hid him in the sand; (Exodus 2:12) and yet God used Moses to deliver His people out of Egypt, out of slavery. David, “a man after God’s own heart,” committed adultery (2 Sam. 11:4) and murder; (2 Sam. 12:9) and yet David is mentioned in Hebrews 11:32 as an example of faithfulness to God. Paul, before his conversion, “outraged the assembly, entering into each of the houses, dragging away men and women he delivered them into the prison. (Acts 8:3 Finck Translation) Saul/Paul was also present at the stoning of Stephen. (Acts 7:58).

God uses those who confess and turn away from their sin and understand that their sin has been forgiven.

But the heart of the matter sin goes much deeper than the confession/repentance cycle:  the men God uses are those who admit their sinfulness, their nature to sin, or as Paul explains in Romans 7:18:
For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh) dwells no good thing: for to will (to do right) is present with me, but to  perform that which is good I find not.”

The righteous understand the teaching of Romans chapters 5-8 which ends with Paul’s exclamation:

31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?3 33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.
34
Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

35
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

36
As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

37
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

38
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

With this mindset Paul was able to endure all the sufferings listed in 2 Cor. 4:8-10 and 2 Cor. 11:23-28, including fighting with beasts at Ephesus. I Cor. 1:32.
This understanding of the truth and promises of God in relation to their sinful nature – and their sin - is what makes the righteous bold as lions.
The temptation is all around us today more than ever. Many times we succumb to that temptation, and then fail to confess and turn from our transgression. Consequently we lose our boldness, we lose our willingness to fight the good fight of faith.
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. ….. he is the propitiation, the satisfaction for our sins, and not for ours only, but for the sins of the whole (Israelite) Society.” (I John 1:9; 1 John 2:2)

The fight we are battling in is one of faith, “against spiritual wickedness on high.” (Eph. 6:12) Believing the truth and promises of God regarding his faithfulness and promise to forgive us our sins is what will make us as bold as lions in this day of adversity.

The wicked flee when no one is pursuing,
But the righteous are bold as a lion.

Obsessed With Money

In my view, Americans are obsessed with making money, and more of it. For so many Americans, if you or that important issue they should be concerned about but are not, (see below) can not in some way further their goal of making money, they want nothing to do with you or that concern. They move on to the next "number." "It's all in the numbers," ya know.

We've all heard the saying, "The love of money is the root of all evil," sometimes misquoted as "money is the root of all evil." Money itself is not the problem; the love of money is the evil that brings on the problems.

While money obsessed Americans do deals on the deck, the USS Caucasian is sinking into a cesspool of Marxist Culturalism, Jewish-Marxist communism, (Obama is a Marxist communist) materialism / consumerism, spending but not producing because our manufacturing was shipped over to communist China, with Chosenite Kissinger clearing the path with his secret meeting with judeo-communist Zhou Enlai back in 1971.  Meanwhile conscripted White American young men were supposedly fighting the communist Domino Theory  (note who this talking point is attributed to and see below) in Southeast Asia. Not a treasonous act at all, as it was Kissinger who reported said, most likely also speaking for his Chosen Ones warmonger friends: "American military men are dumb stupid animals to be used as pawns in foreign policy."

Don't you see the irony in a communist Chosen One, Kissinger, secretly meeting with a judeo-communist leader in judeo-communist China, while with the other face, saying fighting judeo-communism is worth the lives of conscripted White Caucasian non-Chosen Ones, whom the U.S. Secretary of State refers to as dumb-stupid-animal-pawns?

You get that all you veterans? Those who send you to war to be maimed and killed, and leave your children fatherless and your wife a widow, think you're dumb and stupid for going.  Reality is, you don't and didn't fight for our freedoms. Wrap your head around that fact and then ask yourself if you're "really ready to fight for our freedoms? There are so many domestic enemies to fight, and so few fighting for their People.

Judeo-Christian-Zionists clamor for wars and more wars for "our only Democratic ally in the Middle East" which funnels more billions to the Chosenites controlled weapons manufacturers. "Israel has the right to defend itself." Those billions buy more prostitute senators and congressman, and the cycle of war and profit continues.  Mention Smedley Butler's War is a Racket, and you'd get more of a reaction out of your listener had you brought up last night's Game.

What passes for entertainment, controlled by God's Chosen in Hollywood, can not retain the attention of intelligent people, but at the same time does a fantastic job of keeping the "fiction is reality"  masses occupied with banal trivia, sexual perversion, destructive programming, violence, lust, lies, pompous ass talking heads telling those who disagree with him to "Shut up!" helping the sheeple ignore the severe listing of the ship port side.

The Captains of the country have managed the perceptions of White Americans so successfully, that those who dare point out the enemy attacker who torpedoed the USS Caucasian and continues to fire upon it, are automatically labeled "racists," "extremists," "haters," antisemites, cult members, blasphemers, domestic terrorists, and the worst of all, Nazis, by those who have "learned" what ever history they think they know from sources provided to them by their enemy, The Chosenites.

Oh, you ask, how has the media managed our perceptions? Take a look at the Wikipedia Eisenhower page for just one example among thousands that could be provided: there is not a single mention of Operation Keelhaul or the open air prison camps in Germany after the war, within which a reported 1.2 million German soldiers died. Both war crimes of historical proportions, and both, unlike the holocaust hoax, easily verified. And yes, Eisenhower was one of the Chosen Ones.

For those interested in learning some reality history regarding Germany in WWII, I suggest Thomas Goodrich Hellstorm: The Death Of Nazi Germany, 1944-1947 (first edition)

If our enemy has its way, like it did in Jewish Bolshevik and Stalin's Russia, Eisenhower's post WWII Germany, Lazar Kaganavich's Ukraine Holodomor, on the Attack on the Liberty money will soon become a secondary concerned to those who are now driven by little else.

Reality history, not the propaganda on the History Channel, teaches us that survival will become the primary concern.

At that time, my guess is the issues they should have been concerned with but weren't will soon become a priority also. Well, you've heard that other well known saying, haven't you?

"Better late than never." Do you think that idea stands up in this scenario?

For so many, money brings security. We all put away money for "social security" don't we? I've been rich, and I've been broke and yes, I agree rich is better than broke in many ways.

However, I'd rather be broke and free, than rich and a slave.

Let's end with Benjamin Franklin:  “Those who give up liberty for security deserve neither.”

Reply to "The Errors of Christian Identity Doctrine"

Following is one reply to this article:

The Errors of Christian Identity Doctrine

After briefing scanning the article, one of the first major errors easily exposed in the writing is the author's error in not including the English word "nations" as a possible translation for the original Greek's ethnos:

Ethnos

"What must be understood first is the importance that Christian Identity places upon the word 'ethnos' to support their system. It is taught that ethnos, although most often translated 'heathen,' 'Gentiles,' or 'people,' is referring specifically to the 'sent out and scattered' House of Israel, otherwise known as the diasporia of the 'Ten Lost Tribes.'"

The author lists the three English words ethnos is "most often translated" as "heathen, Gentiles, or "people."

But wait, I checked Strongs Concordance and I found this:

The KJV translates Strongs G1484 (ethnos) in the following manner: Gentiles (93x), nation (64x), heathen (5x), people (2x).

Oops! the author must not have read Strongs or simply missed the fact that the word ethnos is translated 64x as "nation."

The author's preferred translation, heathen, is, according to Strong's, only translated five times for ethnos. That's only 7.8 % that of nation. And, it could be demonstrated that Gentiles, translated 93 times for ethnos, should never be translated Gentiles, allowing for the very real possibility that the vast majority of the time ethnos is used in the Greek, it should be translated nations, completely destroying the authors position that only three words
"heathen, Gentile or people," are usually used to translate the Greek word ethnos.

Galatians 1:16 could have been translated "That I (Paul) might announce Him among the nations." This quite acceptable translation goes against the statement made by the author: "Galatians 1:16, where Paul declares that he was called to preach to the heathen, which word does not in any way imply, or distinguish, a diasporia.(sic)"

Oh, yes indeed ethnos, translated as nation, and not as heathen, in verse 16 does imply and distinguish Paul's fellow Israelites scattered throughout Galatia.

Why does the author leave out "nations" as a possible correct translation for the word ethnos in Galatians 1:16?

There are only two possible answers:

1) He simply didn't know that "nations" was translated 64 times in the KJV and was clearly a possible English option for ethnos, and therefore didn't include it in his writing, or

2) He knew the word ethnos could also be translated "nations" and thus provide evidence contrary to his argument that "which word (ethnos) does not in any way imply, or distinguish, a diasporia.(sic)".

If #1 is the case, the author is a poor researcher. This lack of research skills puts him suspect for the rest of his writings.

If #2 is the case, the author is purposely attempting to mislead.

Once one actually does his own research, which in this case research discovered the author, for whatever his reasons, left out the word "nations" from a part of the discussion where the proper translation would have direct bearing on the meaning of the passage, which meaning would contradict the agenda of the author attempting to show others "The Errors of Christian Identity Doctrine."

The author quite likely estimates that very few will study what he wrote (I Thes 5:21), fewer less who will apply critical thinking and then compare those thoughts with the thoughts of those he respects for their objective scholarship and intellectual honesty, and can thus get by with this pretzel theology.

There is an apt Scriptural truth that applies here. I'm sure most of you reading this know what it is.

Further, if we determine the meaning of the Greek word ethnos, which is, according to Strong's:

  1. a multitude (whether of men or of beasts) associated or living together
    1. a company, troop, swarm
  2. a multitude of individuals of the same nature or genus
    1. the human family
  3. a tribe, nation, people group

We can safely come to the conclusion, as most Christian Racial Identists do, that Paul was announcing to his kinsmen in Galatia, kinsman who composed the same tribe, or nation, or people group as himself, who said plainly (Philippians 3:5) he was of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, that Yahshua the Christ was their Kinsman Redeemer.

His Workmanship

Awesome thought to consider: "We are his workmanship,  a work, created......" Ephesians 2:10

Ever come up with an idea in your mind, then bring those intangible thoughts into tangible existence by utilizing existing materials to build and develop that idea?

Imagine a Creator who can think of ideas, such as creating a human being - and possessing the power to  create that individual out of materials that He has to create into existence - and then infuse that person, that unique individual with DNA like no other that as ever lived or will live, with a living soul and spirit that can communicate with its Creator - and one barely begins to understand how beyond comprehension our Creator  is.

And we are His workmanship - that which has been made - that which has been created - in Christ Jesus -  the Thought / Expression or Word of God.

Ever think about what words are? Words communicate thoughts. We use words to express our thoughts. Want to know what God is thinking? Consider the Living Word of God, Jesus Christ - He is the expression of his Father - "If you have seen me, you have seen the Father.  No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath manifested him."

Consider also Scripture, which in the original Hebrew and Greek is inspired by God and is living and active, a critic of the thoughts and intents of our hearts while we read and study His Word. While we read the Word, the Word is reading us. I find myself much more careful of the thoughts and intentions I may have when I read Scripture when I remember it is also reading me.

As His workmanship, He simply wants us to trust Him - that He will keep his many promises to take care of us - and not allow us to go through anything we can't handle together - as we do those good works ordained, prepared for us, before the foundation of the world, that we should walk in them.

We are His workmanship. We are that which has been made in His image.

Vikings Were the Tribe of Dan

You've no doubt come across the fool who only is interested in giving their opinion? Those who are not interested in understanding what you have to contribute to the conversation, especially evidence or facts that contradict their current views? These fools are aka "know-it-alls."

I was musing on Proverbs 18:2 lately which I believe describes this person perfectly: "A fool hath no delight in understanding, but that his heart may discover itself." In the NIV - "Fools find no pleasure in understanding but delight in airing their own opinions."

I've observed the Odinist Viking/Norse pagans often fall into this category. I could not understand why any modern day White person would want to be a pagan Odinist until a friend of mine told me there is a jew program on Talmudvision called The Vikings. That explains everything: these dumb White people have been programmed by the jew.

On Talmudvision, the pagan Vikings are shown as strong, courageous, tough bad-ass mofos, while Christians are shown as weaklings, turn-the-othercheek wussies who follow a mythical jew god and believe a book filled with myths and lies. No matter how much fact or reality one points out, these Viking/Odinist/Norse pagan worshipers are not interested in understanding where they may be wrong, but are experts in Cut & Paste discussion, which they believe passes for debate.

The fact is, the Vikings were from the Tribe of Dan. Everywhere the Danites went, they named places, (place-names) rivers,  way marks, etc, after their tribal leader, Dan. Hence we have ".... the Udon, the Don, the Dnieper, the Dniester, the Danube, Macedonia, Sardinia, the Eridanus (the Po), the Anodanus (the Rhone), the Codanus Sea (the Baltic), Danzig, Scandinavia, Sweden, and Danmark, to say nothing of countless others in the British Isles.

Norsemen were a branch of the Danes. They migrated north from Danmark into Norway and Sweden. They later became known as Normans.

No need to go further here into the background and history of the Tribe of Dan and their kinsmen Benjamites, who are believed to have settled Iceland and Greenland. There are other sites and articles such as The Danes, Normans, and "French" Canadians, Your Heritage, by Bertrand Comparet,
that go into much detail regarding the Tribe of Dan and their migrations into Europe. You might also find these maps and supporting text interesting and germane to the topic, I do. Lost Tribes of Israel Study Maps, by (appropriately enough) Daniel Walsh.

Don't be taken in by jew propaganda regarding the true Israelites. The jews are not the Israelites of the Old Testament. The White race is, the Caucasians who settled Western and Northern Europe and then further migrated to Iceland, Greenland, North America, Australia, South Africa, Canada and built Western Civilization and what is known today as the Developed Nations, as contrasted to the undeveloped or non-White, non-Israeltes nations.

Don't be the fool as described in Proverbs 18:2: instead, seek to understand first and not just a giver of your opinion. Nobody cares about your opinion.
