"When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in Government."
Samuel Adams
“It does not take a majority to prevail... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.”
"The heavens declare the glory of God." Psalm 19:1

Strong men
"When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own house, his possessions are safe." Luke 11:21
Freedom's Abridgement - James Madison
"There are more instances of the abridgement of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations."
America"s Foundation
"It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religions, but on the gospel of Jesus Christ. For this very reason peoples of other faiths have been afforded asylum, prosperity, and freedom of worship."
Patrick Henry
Taken by Faith
"In the beginning, there was Nothing;
then, after billions of years, Nothing
became Something; then,
after billions of more years,
Something became Everything."
Evolution 1:1
The bogus "war on terrorism" that "may never end in our lifetime."
Terrorism is defined variously as 'violence for political purposes,' a type of unconventional warfare, a war tactic used against a superiorly armed or equipped enemy. The Patriot Act even expands the definition to "threatening, conspiring or attempting to commit acts of violence on any "protected" persons, such as government officials."
How can there then be a 'war against terrorism?" Terrorism is an act or, if we believe the US Government, the mere threat to commit an act of violence, and not an enemy itself. Declaring war against terrorism is like declaring war against anarchism or revolution.
"We implore and beseech our Jewish brethren to realize that the Zionists are not the saviors of the Jewish People and guarantors of their safety, but rather the instigators and original cause of Jewish suffering in the Holy Land and worldwide. The idea that Zionism and the State of “Israel” is the protector of Jews is probably the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on the Jewish People. "
It is important to recognize that people’s presuppositions influence the way they interpret evidence. Evolution is based on a reasoning process that rejects God. Creation starts from the authority of God’s Word. Your presuppositions are like a pair of glasses that you wear to look at the world around you.
Charlie Darwin"s degree
was in theology, not biology, so he wasn't a REAL scientist
Einstein"s Heros
Sir Isaac Newton, James Clerk Maxwell, Michael Faraday - all REAL scientists and all Christians
Sir Isaac Newton - "One of the foremost scientific intellects of all time."
"I have a fundamental belief in the Bible as the Word of God, written by men who were inspired. I study the Bible daily."
James C. Maxwell - "one of the finest mathematical minds of any theoretical physicist of his time."
"'Almighty God, Who hast created man in Thine own image, and made him a living soul that he might seek after Thee...so to receive Thy blessed Word, that we may believe on Him Whom Thou hast sent.."
Michael Faraday - Father of Electronics
"Faraday found no conflict between his religious [Christian] beliefs and his activities as a scientist and philosopher. He viewed his discoveries of nature's laws as part of the continual process of `reading the book of nature', no different in principle from the process of reading the Bible to discover God's laws. A strong sense of the unity of God and nature pervaded Faraday's life and work."

Do not despise expounding of scripture, but scrutinize allthings. Hold fast that which is right.
Malo periculosam libertatem quam quietum servitium
- I prefer liberty with danger to peace with slavery.
