US to Fingerprint Foreign Vistors But Let Illegal Immigrants Enter Without Visas

DHS to begin full fingerprint scans for visitors

The Homeland Security Department intends to begin scanning all 10 fingerprints for foreign visitors starting Nov. 29 at Dulles International Airport in Virginia, department officials said Tuesday.

Foreigners visiting the United States on visas must have a digital photograph taken and a scan of their two index fingers under the U.S. Visitor and Immigrant Status Indicator Technology program. DHS has built a database of 90 million fingerprints in the four years the program has been in operation.

Expansion to 10-finger scans, which has been in the planning stages for several years, is now beginning, Robert Mocny, U.S. Visit director, told journalists at the Foreign Press Center in Washington yesterday.

The 10-finger U.S. Visit scans are being rolled out at U.S. airports and at all land and sea border crossings, with a goal of being fully operational by the end of 2008, according to press reports of the briefing.

http://www.washingtontechnology.com/online/1_1/31856-1.html

Fingerprint the foreign visitors who actually go through the trouble to get a legal visa but allow illegal immigrants to enter our country across our unprotected borders and once they get here, the Senate tries to give them amnesty and the governor of New York wanted to give the illegals driver's licenses until we the people revolted. Anyone else see anything wrong with this picture?

Department of Homeland Security, headed by the dual Israel/US citizen Chertoff, is not trying to stop terrorism. If they were concerned about stopping terrorism, they would close the borders. Instead, our government is building a Fascist Police State and this is one more solid step in that direction.

Airport screeners missed bomb parts

So goes the headline of a lead Yahoo news story. The story continues:

WASHINGTON - Government investigators smuggled liquid explosives and detonators past airport security, exposing a dangerous hole in the nation's ability to keep these forbidden items off of airplanes, according to a report made public Wednesday.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071115/ap_on_go_ca_st_pe/airport_security

If this is the case, that is, government investigators are able to smuggle explosives past airport security, why aren't real terrorists getting aboard planes and committing acts of terrorism? If it's that easy to get past Transportation Safty Administration security, then why aren't all those terrorists that are supposed to be plotting to blow-up or hijack planes doing just that - smuggling bombs aboard planes and blowing them up or hijacking them?

The reason terrorist aren't doing just that is obvious: there are no terrorists within the United States who are trying to smuggle bombs aboard US flights.

Not My Problem

There is a saying that keeps wise people out of other people's troubles: "Not my Problem" or NMP. To say there are many problems in the world today, always has been and always will be, is a gross understatement. The question is, does the problem have any thing to do with me? If not, then the problem is NMP. It's somebody else's problem. So when I read the Jewish writer Matthew Rosenberg's piece entitled, "US worries rise over Pakistan crackdown" I think to myself, what goes on in Pakistan is not USrael's problem. The problem is, USrael is sticking their unwanted nose in everyone else's problems all over the world, and oftentimes, by nosing in, create more problems - bigger problems - than if they would just keep their noses out of other people's problems.

"We remain concerned about the continued state of emergency and curtailment of basic freedoms, and urge Pakistani authorities to quickly return to constitutional order and democratic norms," Gordon Johndroe, a spokesman for the National Security Council, said in a statement.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071109/ap_on_re_as/pakistan

Can you imagine if Pakistani leaders said they were concerned about the continued rise of a fascist Police State in the US, which is indeed happening at this very moment in history, and that Pakistan was concerned about the erosion of constitutional freedoms, election fraud, illegal rendition, torture, the appointment of a torture supporting Attorney General by the torture supporting US Senate? If Pakistani leaders urged US leaders to return "constitutional order and democratic norms," the USrael leaders would go ballistic. USraeli leaders would no doubt tell the Pakistani leaders to keep their noses out of USrael internal affairs.

But when it comes to USrael sticking their long hook-noses into every country in the world because they say it concerns vital "USraeli interests" most people accept that as perfectly legitimate and virtually no one tells USrael to butt out. Why do so few tell USrael to butt out? Because of "aid."

And why is the American taxpayer giving money to Pakistan?

In Washington, where some lawmakers are calling for aid to Pakistan to be curtailed, U.S. officials again criticized Musharraf's crackdown.

USrael has gotten the US taxpayer so deep in un-repayable debt, by just this type of meddling, that is, giving "aid" to foreign countries, which are nothing more than bribes to foreign leaders. When the bribes don't work, that is, the foreign leaders don't do what USrael wants then to do, USraeli lawmakers 'call for aid to Pakistan' to be curtailed. Aid to Pakistan should never have been commenced, never mind curtailed.

USrael should keep their long hooked-noses out of every one's else's business, as their business ii none of the American citizen's business, and their problems are not our problems. Until their problems become our problems, we should take the view of wise men everywhere - "it's NMP." Or as Jefferson said, "beware of foreign entanglements."

We have enough of our own problems to deal with, and, as far as this writer can see, we're not doing too good with any of them.

Original Right of Self-defense

The founding fathers envisioned the several and individual states would be an adequate obstacle to the rise of tyranny by the national, i.e. federal, government. It was their intent – with the right of individual citizens of the various states to bear arms and form militias – that the states would rise up and provide the security needed to fight any federal usurpation of power by national leaders. That, as we well know, has not been the case. The individual states, over the last several decades, have been bribed and or coerced into conceding power granted by the US Constitution to the states, under the tenth amendment, to the federal government. Therefore, we the people are left without state protection against federal despotism.

That leaves us no choice but to fall back to our “original right of self defense” as Alexander Hamilton stated in Federal Paper # 28.
federalistpapers

If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government....

There is no doubt that our representatives have betrayed us. They pass laws against our best interest – the Patriot Act, which U.S. District Judge Audrey Collins has already ruled that the ban on providing "expert advice or assistance" is impermissibly vague, and in violation of the First and Fifth Amendments of the US Constitution; the Military Commissions Act of 2006, which eliminated the right of habeas corpus, established way back in 1215, to American citizens; Public Law 109-364, or the "John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007, "allows the president to declare a "public emergency" and station troops anywhere in the United States and take control of state-based National Guard units without the consent of the governor or local authorities, in order to "suppress public disorder;" Most recently 404 members of the U.S. House of Representatives passed HR 1995 - called the 'Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007,’ which legally allows the government to label any one of us, at their discretion, a terrorist – “a radicalized homegrown terrorist” - and arrested. And let’s not forget the Senate Judiciary Committee approved for appointment for the office of attorney general of the United States, the highest official in the land charged with prosecuting criminals, Michael B. Mukasey, a man who is not sure if the same “enhanced interrogation” technique used by the Pol Pot regime in Cambodia in the 1970s - water boarding - is torture or not.

What we the people now face in these United States is a federal government that can declare anyone of us citizens a “radical homegrown terrorist” or an “enemy combatant” or both on any pretext and imprison us here in the US or flown abroad, without a writ of habeas corpus, without our families knowing where we are or what happened to us. While imprisoned, we can be water boarded in Pol Pot fashion in order to extract confessions from us regarding our alleged terrorist activities or to “re-educate” us. Meanwhile, if enough of us protest and create a “public emergency” the president, at his sole discretion, can overrule the governors of the states of these United States and commandeer the National Guard, i.e. the militia, of those States and send them, along with federal military troops, including the mercenary outfit - Blackwater - to suppress any and all dissent in any state of the union

Folks, get out of denial. What we have in the here and now in the United States is dry kindling meticulously set for martial law and the imposition of despotism.

What recourse is left for us? Alexander Hamilton also addressed that critical issue in Federalist Paper # 28.

The citizens must rush tumultuously to arms, without concert, without system, without resource; except in their courage and despair.

What Hamilton said in plain language was, when our representatives have betrayed us, we must rush tumultuously to arms, that is, without order, with an uproar, riotously, armed only with our weapons and our courage. That time has come. We must rush to arms to assert our original right of self-defense. Our way of life, our liberty is being threatened by domestic enemies, by our very own representatives, who have sold us out.

Come out of denial, stop with the self-delusion. Other than succumbing to slavery and tyranny, a rush to arms is our only and last option. Our representatives are not listening to our words. They need to be taught a history lesson, that this country was founded on the original right of self-defense.

Those of us who love liberty, aim to defend our liberty with weapons as is our right. And our duty.

Waterboarding Was Considered Torture by the Cambodians

If U.S. attorney general nominee Michael Mukasey needs help in deciding whether waterboarding is torture or not, perhaps he should visit the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum in Phnom Penh Cambodia, where these photos were taken. They depict the torture technique, or as Mukasey and his ilk prefer to refer to it - "enhanced interrogation technique" - used by the Pol Pot Khmer Rouge regime.

The Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum is located in the former Khmer Rouge S-21 Prison. How many years before people from around the world will visit a similar museum in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, depicting the "enhanced interrogation" technique known as waterboarding approved of and used by the Bush/Cheney Regime?

We're in Big Trouble

404 members of the U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill - HR 1995 - called the 'Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007.' These traitors are so afraid that when we finally rise up and find solutions to the problems these politicians have created, they want to be able to deal with us legally since they won't be able to deal with us morally or ethically. They will be able to legally label anyone who disagrees with them, dissents or attempts to defend themselves or even thinks about defending themselves, as a terrorist and do what they feel is necessary to prevent the rest of us from dealing with them as we should - that is, as tyrannical treasonists.

It is simple unbelievable that in the United States over 400 congressmen voted for the passage of this bill - a bill that most of us didn't even know about - that would make us, at their discretion, a terrorist - a radical homegrown terrorist.

Read bill here: http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h110-1955

Sponsor - Rep. Jane Harman [D-CA]
Passed the House of Representatives October 23, 2007.

"The Internet has aided in facilitating violent radicalization, ideologically based violence, and the homegrown terrorism process in the United States by providing access to broad and constant streams of terrorist-related propaganda to United States citizens."

The facts that we are finally able to get without being vetted through the Zionist controlled media is now referred to by these traitors as "terrorist-related propaganda."

"Understanding the motivational factors that lead to violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence is a vital step toward eradicating these threats in the United States."

These traitors have started a bogus international 'war on terrorism' while at the same time refusing to fully and objectively investigate 9/11, the event which started this entire bogus war on terrorism. Now they feel there is a need for "eradicating these [homegrown terrorist] threats in the United States."

If we Americans follow the lead of our founding fathers, and invoke our right to defend our rights, even if that means invoking use of the 2nd amendment, such defensive action could and most likely would be deemed "ideologically based violence" and dealt with accordingly, quite likely with the new mercenary force the government pols are now utilizing to protect themselves, Blackwater.

"Preventing the potential rise of self radicalized, unaffiliated terrorists domestically cannot be easily accomplished solely through traditional Federal intelligence or law enforcement efforts, and can benefit from the incorporation of State and local efforts."

In other words, the government can not prevent the rise of defensive forces within the United States composed of American citizens while remaining within the limits of the US Constitution. So the government is - through HR 1955 and other unconstitutional acts such as Public Law 109-364, aka the “John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007” (HR5122) - circumventing the Constitution and planning to incorporate State and local efforts with Federal i.e. military, efforts by commandeering local law enforcement - such as the individual state National Guard units - to be utilized where they see fit, i.e. in areas where violent protests are taking place.

"Any measure taken to prevent violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence and homegrown terrorism in the United States should not violate the constitutional rights, civil rights, or civil liberties of United States citizens or lawful permanent residents."

As if these traitors care about the Constitution. This was thrown in the text to be used to continue to fool those foolish enough to believe that these traitors don't have evil intentions or for those who are simple deluded.

Over 400 members of the House of Representative are traitors. When we finally decide to rise up and do something about these tyrants - "all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security" - we will be considered radical "homegrown terrorists."

Terrorist Attack in Southern California

Southern California was attacked by a terrorist organization this past week.

Orange County, California (CNN) Radical Hispanic separatist organization MEchA (Movemiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan") is taking responsibility for setting the wildfires in California, confirmed Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. California Officials received a letter earlier today containing photographs of individuals holding Molotov cocktails, then throwing them into dry bush. The faces of the individuals appeared to have been digitally distorted.
This was posted on the CNN site briefly before being removed and not replaced.

Their attack resulted in over $1 billion dollars damage in San Diego county alone. The arson fires set resulted in over 1800 homes being destroyed, nearly 500,000 acres burned in an area stretching from Ventura County north of Los Angeles south to the Mexican border and east to the San Bernardino National Forest.

President Jorge W. Bush arrived in the fire scorched area to give words of comfort to the hundreds of thousands of residents evacuated from their homes."We want the people to know there's a better day ahead — that today your life may look dismal, but tomorrow life's going to be better," he said. "And to the extent that the federal government can help you, we want to do so."

Yeah, right Mr. Jorge Bush. Had you done your job in the first place, that is protect the borders of our country from the invasion of illegal immigrants, this fire may never have happened. Now, after the fact, you want to take credit for alleviating the pain and misery you could have prevented. And we haven't even brought up the billions you've wasted in Iraq and Afghanistan that could have been spent buying equipment - like helicopters - to fight this fire here on our own land. And our National Guard could of been here in our country, in our state, where they belong, fighting this fire, instead of ten thousand miles away fighting a war that you lied us into, for Israel.

Yes, Mr. Jorge Bush, this fire was started by terrorists, terrorist your administration, for the last seven years, has been allowing to invade our nation.

If You’ve Done Nothing Wrong, Why Worry?

We hear this ooze from the brainwashed all the time. If the government is eavesdropping on what you say, looking into your emails, watching you on camera or searching through your house or car, “If you’ve done nothing wrong, you’ve got nothing to worry about.” "Even the innocent have to give up some of their freedoms to catch the guilty," the thinking goes.

Problem with this 'logic' is that it assumes the government has rights and we the people don’t. All government employees, the last time I checked, be they law enforcement, immigration, custom officials, judges, district attorneys, politicians, or other bureaucrats, every single one of them, work for ‘we the people.’ That is, ‘we the people’ are the boss, not the other way around. Our employees have no right to spy on us, either in public or in our personal lives. They have no need – unless they have reasonable suspicion to believe that there are some among us who have committed or about to commit a crime – and then they must convince a judge to issue a warrant to investigate us for a crime – to be spying on us. And the reason for their surveillance of the potential criminals is to protect us, not gather information about us that may be used against us in some illegal or immoral way. Employees don’t conduct surveillance of their employers without a compelling reason.

The idea that if “we have done nothing wrong we have got nothing to worry about” has got things backwards. If we have done nothing wrong, they there is no need to be spying on us, is there? No need to be watching our every move.

We don’t see our employees - our bureaucrats - asking if they can aim the cameras at themselves, do we? That we install cctvs in their lunch rooms or aimed at the water cooler. No, it’s always the government that wants to aim the cameras at us to record what we are doing.

And yet it seems it’s the government that has something to hide. The service station across from the Pentagon had its cctv recordings confiscated by the FBI within minutes after an alleged hijacked plane crashed into the Pentagon. These recordings were taken on private property by private individuals for their private use, and yet a government agency, the FBI, came and demanded they be given to them, as evidence of a crime. True enough, the private cctv recordings may contain evidence of a crime, but why is it that we have only been shown two frames of what must be an entire recording? Why don’t our employees show us the entire recording and let us – the Employer – make up our minds for ourselves as to what hit the Pentagon? Perhaps it is our employees, the Federal government, that is the criminal in this case. If the government has nothing to hide, what are they worried about?

The same could be said for the Sheraton Hotel cctv recordings. They also must show what happened on 9/11 at the Pentagon, but we haven’t been shown those clips either. Ditto the cctv recordings of the dozens of cameras around the perimeter of the Pentagon. If the government has nothing to hide, what are they worried about? THEY are hiding something, and yet the cameras are facing us!

“I have nothing to hide, but I don’t like being treated as if I have.”

Nothing I do is necessarily ‘wrong’ but that doesn’t mean I want people I don’t know or trust to know about what I do or where I go or who I see, or what I say or listen to. I’ve done nothing wrong and have nothing to hide but I don’t want people looking at my medical information or my financial matters. Its none of their business.

The United States government has held several hundred people at Guantanomo Bay for several years and then let them go after the said they found they had done nothing wrong. Don’t do anything wrong but lose a few years of your life, get tortured as a bonus and then let go because you’ve done nothing wrong? Our government can do that and we don’t do anything about it?

The government is not full of good people. Quite, it appears, the opposite is the case. Good people are avoiding government – the bad has driven out the good. That being the case, I don’t want the government to be accumulating information about me that will most likely get into the hands of bad people. Why make it easier for them to get information about me? That's why the IRS now accuses people of tax evasion, presumes your guilty and you have to prove you're innocent.

The less our government, which is full of bad people, know about us, the better. In fact, since our government is so full of bad people,I suggest we install cameras to watch their every move.

If they are doing nothing wrong, they have nothing to worry about, do they?

Zionism and Zundel

The recent ‘trial’ in Germany of Ernst Zundel shows the rest of us goyim the power of Zionism intimidation. Through so called ‘hate-crime’ laws, the Zionists were able to get a man - legally in the United States - married to an American - extradited to Canada – to waste an entire year solitarily confined in a Canadian cell – considered a 'threat to national security' - denied simple everyday items such as writing materials – given only pencil stubs and scraps of paper on which to write – denied media access afforded to murderers and rapists – denied a chair or blankets - and then dragged to Germany for a kangaroo trial - held there two years without a conviction - for things said on a web site - run by his wife Ingrid Rimland - in a country where what was said was legal - and then sent to prison for five years - all of this for a man who is 67 years old.

Zundel’s crime? He refused to bend the knee.

All over the world, and particularly in the United States where Ernst Zundel was living, a person can deny God exists, deny Jesus Christ ever existed, refuse to believe the world was created with no problem. Atheists – there is no God – or agnostics – we don’t know if there is a God – are free to believe whatever they want to believe. Even Jews are left alone to believe that Jesus Christ was not their Messiah. They are even left alone even though they are responsible for His death – an ignoble death on a cross.

But are the Zionists content to let others believe what they want to believe about one chapter in history – the alleged holocaust – that allegedly took place over 60 years ago? Oh, no. They have actively worked to get so-called ‘hate crimes’ laws enacted in many countries – Canada, France, Germany and Austria among others. The Zionists have also been working over time to get similar ‘anti-Semitic’ hate crime laws enacted in the United States.

How hypocritical of the Western world to condemn and ridicule Muslims for taking offense at cartoons that mocked Mohammed – proclaiming loudly that the West cherished their right to freedom of speech and expression and that the Muslim world should too. The “coalition of the willing,” led by USrael, to make sure the Muslims institute freedom of expression, has been bringing democracy to the people of the Middle East – Iraq being the first phase and entitled 'Operation Iraqi Freedom.' For nations such as the United States, Canada and Germany, to extradite, detain unnecessarily for three years without a conviction and try - in a kangaroo court - and then imprison a man like Zundel, for freely expressing his belief that alleged atrocities that allegedly happened 60 years ago has been embellished and exaggerated since then and may not be as we have been told - is a atrocity in itself.

The West has been bombarded by the Zionist controlled media repeatedly with propaganda about the sacrosanct holocaust and the ‘six million’ for sixty years. To even question or investigate any aspect of the holy holocaust, the casus belli, not only for the state of Israel, but for every criminal act of genocide or apartheid they wish to commit, is to be attacked in acts of intimidation and tarred with the dreaded ‘anti-Semitic’ label, as President Jimmy Carter was just recently.

Enough is enough. Let’s hope the Muslims don’t get the idea to start incarcerating elderly Americans, Canadians, Frenchmen or Germans living within their countries for not believing Mohammed is the Prophet of God.

Censorship by Google in the United States

I received this email late Wednesday night after I attempted to view the video "The 9/11 Solution":

Charles,

On 2/10/07 I posted “The 9/11 Solution”,

Unfortunately, for reasons not clear, Google Videoremoved the video from their web site last night.

This morning I attempted to upload the video to

Why did Google remove the 9/11 Solution video?
What is on that video they don’t want us to see?
Is this China where Google goes along with the Communists and censorship?
